The following outlines the application steps for all potential Pathway students.
If you believe that Pathway School might be the right school for your child and family, please contact our Admissions Director at 949-837-1203, or submit an inquiry for information on our website.
Attend a prospective parent meeting or schedule a tour with the Admissions Director or school Principal.
Complete an Application for Enrollment
Obtain the Application for Enrollment from the Admissions Director or School Office Manager. Complete the application the collect the following required documents for submission:
- most recent assessment/testing information including psycho-educational testing report if available;
- IEP or 504 Plan if applicable;
- most recent report card;
- sample of student work
Schedule academic assessment at Pathway
Pathway’s Intervention Specialist will assess your students in language arts and mathematics. Once this is completed, the Admissions Committee meets to review the assessment results. If the team believes that your student is a strong candidate for Pathway, a three-day student visit will be offered.
Schedule a three-day visit
If after reviewing the application and results of the academic assessment by Pathway staff, the Admissions Committee agrees that your child is a strong candidate for Pathway, a three-day visit will be scheduled. Throughout the three-day visit, staff will work with and observe your child and keep you informed as to how he or she is doing. At the end of the three-day visit, if appropriate, enrollment is offered.
