Pathway Of Hope

Pathway School is a small private school for children with learning differences such as ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, and processing disorders. When California schools were ordered to shut down in March 2020 due to COVID-19, Pathway moved to an online learning format. Our teachers and staff were amazing in how quickly they were able to pull together a comprehensive curriculum and learning platforms to meet the needs of our students.

To ensure that we were continuing to meet the individualized needs of our students, our teachers spent a lot of extra time virtually meeting 1 on 1 with students who were struggling in the new format. Even though we 100% online, we continued to provide students with the intervention and educational program that they needed to thrive and grow.

However, the reality is our student population does much better with in-person learning, so we applied for a waiver for the 2020-21 school year and received approval for in-person instruction. We opened the school year with in-person instruction on August 26th, 2020. We are so excited to be back with our students for in-person learning and we are doing everything possible to make sure we create the safest possible in-person environment.

In addition to full time in-person at school instruction, Pathway is also providing online and hybrid options for students that may need to stay home for medical reasons.

Even though the way we do things has changed dramatically in the past year, we continue to fulfill our mission of equipping and educating students who struggle in a traditional classroom by providing them with skills and strategies to grow academically, socially and spiritually.

In this year of turmoil and economic uncertainty, Pathway students and families need your support more than ever. Can you help Pathway students continue to thrive academically, socially and spiritually by giving today?

Your gift helps Pathway assist students that may be struggling in a traditional classroom and ensures that they get the strategies that they need to succeed.
