Admissions Process

If you believe Pathway School may be the right fit for your child and family, we welcome the opportunity to learn more about your student.

At Pathway School, we are committed to providing a supportive and enriching environment for neurodivergent students. We understand that every child is unique, and we strive to see and support the whole child—their strengths, challenges, and potential. While we specialize in serving students with diverse learning needs, our program is not designed to support children whose primary challenges are behavioral in nature. However, we recognize that behavior can look different in various settings, and our goal is to gain a clear and comprehensive understanding of each student to ensure that Pathway is the right fit for their success.

To begin, please complete and submit the Inquiry Form below.

Once our Admissions Committee reviews your inquiry form and determines that your child may be a good fit for our school, you will receive a link to schedule a private tour. During the tour, you will meet with our School Director to discuss your student's needs and explore how our specialized programs can support their academic, social, and spiritual growth. Your visit will include a walkthrough of the Learning Center, our intervention rooms, and classrooms, allowing you to experience the heart of Pathway School firsthand.

After we receive your completed application, our School Director will contact you to schedule an assessment. Your student will meet with our Learning Center Director for evaluations in language arts and math. Additionally, they will meet with our Occupational Therapist for an assessment of visual, motor, and perceptual skills, including fine and gross motor abilities, writing, reflex integration, and motor planning. Once these assessments are complete, the Admissions Committee will review the results. If the team determines that your student is a strong candidate for Pathway, a three-day trial visit will be offered.

Your student will have the opportunity to experience a typical day at Pathway School. Throughout the three-day visit, our staff will work closely with and observe your child while maintaining open communication with you. If, after reviewing the application and assessment results, the Admissions Committee agrees that Pathway is the right fit, we will extend an offer of enrollment. Upon acceptance, we will develop a Specialized Academic Plan tailored to your student's needs.
