Megan Matteson

Mrs. Matteson has been a teacher for 20 years. Mrs. Matteson attended Washington State University and majored in Elementary Education and minored in Special Education. She received her Master's degree from Lesley University in Integrating Art into the Curriculum. Over the years she has taught 3rd grade, 4th grade, K-5 Special Education, Autism Preschool, and 5/6 lead teacher at Pathway. She is happy to be back at Pathway teaching Social Skills, Technology, Spelling, Reading Groups, and Learning Lab. Mrs. Matteson loves being a wife, mom, teacher, and friend. Her classroom is an open door to all students. She believes every child learns differently and it is her goal to find the best way for each child to learn. She believes as a team with the child, teacher, parent, and all support staff every child can meet their social and academic goals.
